In order to produce electricity the solar module of our system needs to be exposed to sunlight. This requires that you have roof space or other area that is free from shade most of the day. A southern oriented roof is ideal for the solar modules but an east and west orientation works as well. Our solar energy systems can be installed on flat or tilted roofs.

For remote home locations where access to a utility grid is not feasible, a solar system can be installed that utilizes battery storage to provide power at night.

Most laws require any solar system without battery backup to be shut down during power outages. This is a safety precaution that prevents random surges of power from traveling the grid and causing injury or damage.
