Cell Testing

The solar revolution of the last two decades has made solar energy an increasingly powerful force in the energy arena. Solar Modules use arrays of solar photovoltaic cells to convert photons into usable electricity. With solar Modules, we are provided with clean, renewable energy from the sun. Solar Modules are a form of active solar power; solar modules harvest sunlight and actively convert it to electricity. Solar Cells, or photovoltaic cells, are arranged in a grid-like pattern on the surface of the solar module. These solar voltaic cells collect sunlight during the daylight hours and covert it into electricity.

Solar cell is the most important component of the solar module, the other components are: Low iron tempered glass, EVA (Ethylene vinyl acetate), TPT (Tedlar Polyester Tedlar), Aluminum flame. The amount of power solar modules produce is influenced by the quality of the solar module, the module manufacturing process should be strict controlled to guarantee the good and long life performance of the solar module.
